Registration Process

  1. Use the online form or document to fill out camper info.
    • If you use the online form, you will need to sign a medical release on site.
    • Whether you use the online form or (e)mailed document, ensure that your child's testimony is included.
  2. Provide reference letter to a Pastor, Elder, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Worker, or Church Volunteer.
  3. Optional: fill out forms to apply for a Ministry or General Scholarship.
  4. Email or Mail all documents.
    • Registration also includes non-refundable deposit ($20). We currently only accept cash/check. Contact us if further payment methods would be helpful. Demand has not met costs in the past.
